absolutely amazing!!!! I had an AC unit that wasn’t keeping the upstairs cool. Another local company came out and “found” had a huge list of items to be repaired that totaled over $6k. Including several items on the AC unit that wasn’t having problems. This was in April so they were likely thinking they could scare me into it with summer quickly approaching. I told them I wanted a 2nd opinion, which annoyed them, but I’m glad I did. After Paul came out, not knowing what items the previous company identified, he gave me a quote that was 10x lower to repair 90% of the same items identified. Even with an upgraded UV light system for both AC units, the total repair/install/upgrade price was under $1k. Paul has earned my business from now on, and I recommend him whenever I hear ANYONE mention and AC unit they need repaired.

Our heater broke down and Paul was recommended to us by a friend. Nothing but the best service and transparency from Paul. Replaced and fixed our faulty ac fan for a good price and everything is working great. Great guy, good service, and excellent work. Fixing your AC is annoying and frustrating but if you want an honest guy working to get things fixed up call Paul.

Our LG Oven failed after running the Self Clean feature. Also the Oven Door was locked. I contacted Patriot Appliance Repair & HVAC. Paul came. He was able to open the Oven Door using a coat hanger. Then removed the oven out of the wall. Then removed the interior appliance panels. Troubleshooting identified two blown fuses. Quite amazing technical and customer service skills. Thank you Paul! Highly recommend.

I luckily found Paul of Patriot repair years ago… he impressed me then with his immediate response, his card was saved. When the fridge stopped working this time, Paul came to the rescue once again! Replaced part he ordered, daughter said he was in and out in minutes! Great professional top shelf service. Excellent all around.

Made the call to this company around 10 AM and its 2:20 PM and the AC is already fixed and blowing cold. Paul was responsive and texted us on the way, and we were unable to be at the home (its a rental home) while he was doing the repair, but he was very thorough and sent us videos and called each step of the way. Also very reasonably priced. Ive got this company saved in my cell phone now as my go to HVAC. Thanks Paul!
